چکیده

Kemampuan kuantitatif dibutuhkan calon guru biologi dalam memahami fenomena biologis. Hal pertama yang perlu dilakukan menyelesaikan masalah ini adalah perlunya eksplorasi kondisi kecemasan matematika biologi. Penelitian bertujuan mengeksplorasi tingkat dan perbedaannya berdasarkan gender angkatan masuk kuliah. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner AMAS (Abbreviated Math Anxiety Scale). dianalisis statistic deskriptif, uji anova satu arah, Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan memiliki belajar berada pada kategori sedang. Sementara evaluasi tinggi gender. juga tidak terdapat perbedaan matematika, atas angkatan. layak menjadi perhatian pendidikan bahwa dikonstruksi suatu desain didaktis ataupun perubahan kurikulum mendorong integrasi interdisiplinari sehingga dapat berkurang. Quantitative ability is needed by prospective biology teachers in understanding biological phenomena. The first thing that needs to be done solving this problem the need explore condition of pre-service teachers’ mathematics anxiety. This study aims anxiety level and their differences cohort. were collected using Scale) questionnaire. analyzed descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA test, Kruskal-Wallis test. results showed had levels learning based on cohort medium category. Meanwhile, evaluation high category also there was no difference between anxiety, over deserve attention education it necessary construct a didactic design or curriculum change encourages integration interdisciplinary so can reduced.
